Image Availability

We try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that all Images featured on the website are always available. If we cannot supply the requested Image to you, we will refund or re-credit you with any amount that you might have already paid. We may change or discontinue the availability of any Images at any time at our sole discretion.

 

Payment

All orders processed online, must be paid at the time of purchase using a credit or debit card, currently accepting. Your credit card company may do an additional security check to confirm it is you who is making the purchase. All information that you supply to us whilst placing an order online is encrypted prior to transmission to protect your details and your privacy. We may use a third party to process the payment on our behalf.

 

License to Use

When you purchase an Image featured on our website we grant an exclusive, royalty free license to reproduce the Image for the permanent term and worldwide. Sale and an assignment of license to use, is always granted at our sole discretion. Post sale, license to use is granted to the buyer only once payment in full is processed.

 

Delivery

Once payment is processed you will automatically be able to download artwork purchased and will receive email confirmation and receipt.

Refunds/Exchanges

Please note that we cannot accept refunds or exchanges due to immediate release of image and its license to use at the moment of payment. All sales are final.
